This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on DentistKart are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be informed in case of significant delays.


2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner availability, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹2400.

  • For orders below ₹2400, shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout before payment.

  • All shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed clearly before order confirmation.


4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver within India only.

  • Delivery availability depends on serviceability of the customer’s PIN code by our courier partners.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp on the registered mobile number.

  • Customers may also contact support for tracking assistance.


6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote delivery locations

DentistKart is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but we will assist customers in tracking and resolving shipment issues.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details at checkout.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged Package on Arrival

If the outer packaging appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Please refuse delivery immediately, or

  • Report the issue to our support team within 24 hours with clear photos.
