Return Policy

1. Return/Replacement Eligibility and Window

Dentistkart (AK ENTERPRISES) offers a 10-day Return or Replacement window from the date of delivery. All returns are subject to final approval by our Quality Check Team.

Conditions for Acceptance:

  • Product is unused, uninstalled, and in saleable condition.

  • Original packaging is undamaged, and the seal is intact and unbroken.

  • All parts, accessories, warranty cards, and manuals must be included.

  • The product must match the item ordered.

2. Mandatory Return Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Due to the clinical, safety, and hygiene nature of the products we sell, the following categories are strictly non-returnable/non-replaceable under any circumstances, except if they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt and reported immediately (see Section 4):

IMPORTANT: Defective non-returnable products must be reported to support within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.

3. Return & Refund Fees (MANDATORY Disclosure for GMC)

To remain fully compliant with Google’s disclosure requirements regarding post-purchase costs:

4. Reporting Defects or Wrong Items & Delivery Condition Issues

If your package arrives with visible damage, broken seals, or if the product inside is defective or incorrect:

  1. Refuse Delivery: If damage is visible upon arrival, kindly refuse delivery immediately.

  2. Report Immediately: Contact our support team via phone or email within 24 hours of delivery for defective/wrong items.

  3. Proof Required: You must provide clear photos or a short video showing the defect/damage. Incomplete submissions may lead to declined requests.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a return request online via our website/app within 10 days of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos/video (as per Section 4) on the mail info@dentistkart.in with proper details of the defected product.

6. Replacement or Refund Process

  • Replacement: We will replace the item for valid return requests submitted within the window.

  • Refund: If the product is out of stock, or if a replacement is not possible, a full refund (less any applicable fees as per Section 3) will be issued instead.

7. Refund Timeline

Once we receive the returned item and the Quality Check Team verifies the product’s condition, refunds are processed as follows:

8. Technical Assistance

Before accepting a return, our team may offer troubleshooting support via call or online tools. This is often necessary for technical equipment. If a local technician is required, we will reimburse reasonable fees for the technician upon successful repair/diagnosis. Opting out of troubleshooting will lead to a direct pickup for return.

9. Warranty Claims

  • Physical damage is excluded from warranty coverage.

  • AK ENTERPRISES(dentistkart) facilitates, but does not provide, the replacement under manufacturer or importer warranties.

  • All claims must be directed to the original manufacturer/importer; however, our team will assist you in registering the claim.

  • Review the specific warranty details on each product page before filing a claim.

11. Additional Notes

  • Partial returns are permitted, provided the remaining and returned items meet all stated criteria.

  • Tampering with the product seal or serial number will void the return eligibility.

  • Free products or gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • AK ENTERPRISES reserves the right to update this policy at any time; changes apply immediately upon posting.
