Dentist Kart offers a 10-day Return or Replacement window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted after inspection by our Quality Check Team, based on these conditions:
Product is unused.
Seal is intact and unbroken.
All parts, accessories, warranty cards, and manuals are included.
Original packaging is undamaged.
Matches the product ordered.
2. Technical Assistance
Before returning an item, our team may offer troubleshooting support—via calls or online tools. If needed, you can request a local technician; we’ll reimburse reasonable fees. Opting out will lead to direct pickup for return.
3. Delivery Condition Issues
If you receive the package with visible damage or broken seals, kindly refuse delivery and inform our support team immediately.

5. How to Initiate a Return
Submit a return request online via our website/app within 10 days of delivery. Provide clear photos or a short video showing the defect. Incomplete submissions may lead to declined requests.

6. Replacement or Refund
We’ll replace items for valid return requests submitted within 10 working days. If out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
7. Return Fees
A nominal Rs. 95 fee applies in these cases:
Partial return when remaining order value (after returns) is under Rs. 2,500.
Full order return if original order is under Rs. 2,500. You’re responsible for logistics costs if an unapproved or extra item is sent back.
8. Non‑Returnable Items
The following are excluded from return or replacement unless defective upon receipt:
Products used directly on patients: tooth cream, orthodontic trainers, myofunctional appliances.
Pharmacy items: hand sanitizers, patient models/manuals.
Heavy equipment: chairs, compressors, UV chambers, X-ray/RVG sensors, autoclaves, scalers, motors, etc.
Low‑value items: products under Rs. 250 and single-quantity orders.
Items marked “short expiry” at purchase. However, defective non-returnable products can be claimed within 24 hours of delivery.
9. Warranty Claims
Physical damage is excluded from warranty coverage.
Manufacturer or importer warranties apply—Dentist Kart facilitates but does not provide replacement.
Claims must be directed to the original manufacturer/importer, though we can help register the claim.

10. Refund Process
Once we receive and verify the return, refunds are processed as follows:
Prepaid orders (cards/net banking/UPI): Refund within 24–48 business hours; 2–3 additional days for bank clearance.
Cash-on-delivery orders: Bank transfer in 24–48 business hours, plus 2–3 banking days. Dentist Kart coupon refunds are issued instantly, while bank refunds can take 7–10 days.
